Start by switching off any models you know you won’t need in the web viewer anytime soon. From the Categories command, you can regulate color, transparency, or only hide elements. 

5. Freedom to work in Navisworks Freedom

You may across a few clients to access BIM Track issues in Navisworks Freedom. Navsiworks Freedom doesn’t offer API access, so sadly we can’t provide a BIM Track add-in.
